Having played little league, travel, high school, and Division 1 baseball, breaking my wooden bat felt like the end of the world. As a kid I always felt the pressure when I used a wooden bat to not break it. Around late high school I found a wooden bat hack…BLEM BATS! These bats were sold at a significant discount due to small almost unseen blemishes on them. After having one of these in my hands, there was almost no difference between a regular wooden bat and a blem bat. Since that day in high school to the end of my college career if I swung a wooden bat, it was a blem bat. My passion is baseball and I want to give back to the baseball community by providing a resource where parents, players, and coaches can buy affordable wooden bats either for training or game use. Blem Bat Company is here to ease the stress of breaking wooden bats and enjoy America’s pastime.

Our Mission

What is a Blem Bat?

A Blem bat is a bat that did not meet retail expectations due to small almost unseen blemishes on a wooden baseball bat. Examples include, discoloration, small knicks, smudges, engraving displacement. Just because a bat is considered a blem bat, it does not mean it will affect performance.

When can I use a Blem Bat?

In training or games. While Blem bats are preferred training bats, you still receive a sturdy baseball bat.

Do you offer warranties?

WE DO! If you break your bat within 30 days of receiving the bat we will send you a new one! (30-Day Warranty terms).
