30 Day Warranty Terms
Wooden Bats Break, this is why Blem Bat Company offers a FREE 30 Day Warranty on ALL of our wooden bats. If you break your bat within 30 days of receiving your bat, we will provide a one time replacement. This gives players and parents piece of mind knowing their purchase is protected.
How does it work?
You have 30 days after you receive your bat to use in practice, training, or a game. If your bat breaks within 30 days of it's arrival, simply send it back and receive a one time replacement.
How do I make a claim and return my bat?
1. Email orders@blembatco.com with order number in subject line to make us aware of the broken bat. We will then email you a UPS return label.
2. Print off UPS label and tape to outside of your box.
3. Make sure all previous label on outside of box are taken off or covered.
4. Put your bat in the box and take it to nearest UPS store.
Once we receive your bat and determine it is covered by the warranty, we will then:
- Replace your bat with same model, or
- Replace your bat with a comparable model should your model be unavailable at the time of return
- If we determine your bat is not covered by this warranty, we will return your bat to you
Note: A replacement bat does not start a new 30-day Wood Bat Warranty and we reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any person who, in our sole discretion, abuses its products or the warranty service.
What is covered by Blem Bat Company 30 day warranty?
Under the Blem Bat Company 30 day warranty, we will provide a one-time replacement within (30 days) from the date your bat arrives for the following conditions:
- Severe denting
- Structural cracking
- Collapsed cupping affecting performance
What is NOT covered by the 30 day warranty?
- Wood bats subject to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe proper bat care
- Wood bats that have hit any ball heavier than a commonly accepted game ball, training balls, rubber balls, softballs, ect.
- Wood bats that have damage other than the conditions listed above
- Wood bats subject to unauthorized modification or alteration
- Woods bats left out in extreme weather conditions (below 60 degrees F, or above 75 degrees F) for a period of time
When do my 30 days start?
- The Blem Bat Company 30 day warranty starts the date your bat is delivered
How many times can I replace my bat under the Blem Bat Company 30 day warranty?
- The Blem Bat Comapny 30 day warranty allows for a one-time replacement if your bat breaks within 30 days of arrival.
Can I replace my bat with another bat or model?
- No you cannot. However, if the model you purchased is no longer available in the same length, you may choose a different model of equal or lesser value.
